Strong Global Demand Pushes Us to Full Capacity

We’re excited to share some great news from within our company. Thanks to a significant increase in new customers both locally and internationally. We are currently operating at full capacity. The demand for sustainable solutions is growing rapidly, and our RPP chips are gaining strong interest across the globe as industries shift toward fully recycled materials.

To keep up with this growth and maintain the high standards our clients expect, we’ve expanded our team with several talented new members. Their expertise and dedication ensure that our production continues to run efficiently and that every project is delivered on time and with care.

The global move toward circular economy practices has accelerated the need for innovative recycling technologies, and our RPP chips are at the forefront of that transformation. We’re proud to be contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

New logo

A creation by Ralph Nollet

Ralph Nollet has worked with many types of waste materials. This time, he chose to work with discarded fishing nets. He manually extracts threads from the nets and braids them. These braids are then sewn together to form letters, ultimately spelling out the word 'Coral-X'.

European Visitors Explore Our Recycled PP Chip Production

This April, we had the honor of welcoming a group of European industry professionals to our production site. Their visit focused on learning more about our process for creating high-quality post-consumer recycled polypropylene (PP) chips.

Our guests toured the facility and observed the full recycling process—from the arrival of plastic waste to the production of clean, consistent RPP chips ready for industrial use. They were particularly interested in our advanced sorting and quality control systems. In the photo, the group is inspecting a batch of our recycled PP chips, which will be used in various sustainable applications. The visit sparked valuable discussions around recycling innovations and the shift toward circular materials in global markets.

We’re proud to see growing international interest in our work. Visit our website to learn more about how we’re shaping the future of recycled plastics.

Shredded food containers

This morning, a fresh batch of thoroughly washed post-consumer food containers arrived at our facility. Immediately after inspection, they were shredded and prepared for the next phase of our recycling process. In the image, you can see the finely shredded material collected beneath our industrial shredder. These fragments will undergo further processing tomorrow morning, when they can be transformed into high-quality yarns suitable for various textile and industrial applications.

Each step in this process reflects our commitment to circularity and material recovery. By giving used plastic containers a new life, we contribute to reducing landfill waste and promoting a sustainable future.

Stay tuned as we turn today’s waste into tomorrow’s resource.

Launch of Coral-X

Coral-X began as a spin-off of Rikor Green Textiles Group, driven by the need to replace virgin raw materials with recycled alternatives. What started with recycled polyester has since evolved into a pioneering effort to develop recycled PP yarn previously unavailable on the market. Backed by a dedicated R&D team, Coral-X now transforms post-consumer materials into high-performance PP chips and yarns with the same characteristics as virgin materials.
